I can taste the end and can imagine putting this monster in the post. I will definitely need a small mortgage. Possibly two… *sigh*

The fourth set of edits for Buying Mackenzie’s Baby have just been shot into the ether. Now I have to wait on the final edits.

The Ent just called. Frodo’s head teacher just phoned him to say that she’ll be putting him on the register for Reception next year.

Since this is much better than one of her other options, ie finding him a place at a special school, we’re happier. We were prepared for him to repeat a year. And if he still isn’t ready to move on next year, then we know we’ll have to look at our options again.

Frodo is very happy at his school. And we didn’t want him to move.
Now we just have to sort out the help he needs.

On another good note, the Mackenzie edits are done and sent off. Big relief. Huge. Massive.

And if good things come in threes, can I put my order in for winning the lottery jackpot this week?

Some morons, driven out from the park at the top of the street, smashed a ball against our front windows. Luckily, they’re toughened glass.

The idiot sent to retrieve said ball from our garden probably got the fright of his life when a stressed, seriously pissed off woman vented at him through the window.
